Some of the project highlights included:• the largest COMET release for Maxxia in over 7 years.• a digital project which replaced all the current online customer websites where customers access and manage their accounts as well as the added ability for customers to lodge claims online via the web.• the delivery of a Mobile Claims App that enabled customers to lodge claims via their mobile devices (either iOS or Android).• a new Payment Card Facility, which was a project that introduced a new Meals and Entertainment card provided by a third-party payment card company (replacing the original ANZ payment card) for customers packaging those benefits. This project required large scale changes to MMSG’s core systems, customer facing websites and apps all in an extremely tight time frame.• numerous compliance projects due to government changes to salary packaging benefit limits.
