Experience:I have been in retail and customer service for 3 years at TK Maxx. This has given me great knowledge and experience in customer service, finding myself in many situations and learning how to deal with them and keep the customer satisfied.I was a junior broker at a fine art brokerage in London, which was great for gaining that sales experience. I was cold calling to see if people were looking to invest in artwork, as the interest rates and returns on art at that moment in time were very good. I hit my daily target and enjoyed sales.I worked at Bytes Software Services as a Business Development Executive, which involved following up after the events that Bytes holds all around London as well as online webinars. Bytes is a great company to work for, with great opportunities for me to progress into higher and better positions within the company.I played football for Sutton United, competing at a fairly high level, then moved over to Epsom and Ewell U18s, managing to win the league cup and national cup. Football is one of my main hobbies, as well as watching it whenever it is on!
