Four years of being a member of the Oxford University Air Squadron during my time at University. During my time on the squadron I completed a structured flying syllabus, helped organise and complete adventurous training including rock climbing in Malta and a skiing expedition in France and participated in a number of inter squadron sports competitions.In my final year I was chosen to organise and co-ordinate weekly training nights during University semester's. This involved organising external speakers and organising a range of leadership and teamwork exercises.
