I am a local Network+ Certified Desktop Support professional with over 15 years of IT Support experience. I have an extensive background supporting Microsoft operating systems including Windows XP/Vista/8/10 with good server knowledge. Also, I have strong Network, Internet and LAN/WAN/WAP support experience as well as day to day desktop support, intranet and internet support. My experience supporting and troubleshooting SharePoint was done at SKC. My background includes supporting Cisco connections and VOIP and I have experience with VMware, VSphere, VCenter, creating and maintaining Virtual Servers and Desktops.
