- I manage the product TravelDoc. TravelDoc is an API that provides travel rules with a focus on the travel document requirements for the travel industry. Our team is dedicated to maintaining the information contained within TravelDoc, and ensuring it stays up to date with the most current travel requirements in every country in the world. - Act as a liaison between clients, and our various technical teams, ensuring integration with our systems goes smoothly. - Answer and assist multiple queries every day from our clients with any queries or problems they have with our product TravelDoc. - Our clients include many high profile airlines, travel agencies and other business in the travel industry in man countries all over the world. - Assist with guiding the direction of the development TravelDoc to meet clients needs, keeping it current and up to date, as well as ensuring the Rules Team can work within it as easily as possible. - Navigated the challenging Covid period, where travel rules and regulations changed much more frequently and erratically in response to the pandemic.

You can see the publicly accessible version here: https://www.traveldoc.aero/- Answer and assist multiple queries every day from our clients around the world with any queries or problems they have with our product TravelDoc. - Our clients include many high profile airlines, and I am successfully dealing with multiple queries of varying complexity from all over the world every day.- Assist with supervising a small team where I delegate tasks and duties appropriately.- Manage the information/rules in our database to ensure it remains appropriate, follows the intentions of the product, and is factually and grammatically correct. - Information and rules in the database is managed through SQL server management studio and some in-house software.- Going through large amounts of data in various formats (XMLs, JSON, SQL server data, excel spreadsheets, etc), usually in order to work out specific behaviours of our system and work out why TravelDoc is behaving in a certain way.- Researching online for new, changed or queried information, working out how much of it is relevant to our product and judging its urgency.- Creating and implementing several protocols for new tasks that have arisen. This includes one for creating and maintaining a master list of all the sources used for all the rules in TravelDoc, the creation of several new codes used to classify the type of information in each of our rules, and the development of over a dozen SQL queries that can be periodically run to automate aspects of quality control in our information. - Oversaw the expansion of TravelDoc into a new format and market, including the management of beta testers and the creation of a demonstration video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7oWWfeP-OE8
