Using Data pulled from another file, this was made digestible and easy to read so that the PAMs within the Channel could track their Partners and understand who they need to follow up with based on whether their Accreditation's were in progress or completed. This was originally piloted in the LCSC channel team before being made a channel wide report for all the Partner teams to use. - Using PowerBI and Power Query to build automated reports that the team can analyse, get digestible, easy to read information regarding their partners at any point in time.- Built a QBR Dashboard, showing all information PAMs needed to carry out their QBRs, saving significant time for all of them, by making a one size fits all report. Still updated to this day internally by the Operations team.- Tasked with pulling digestible data information, to then be used in meetings where high level Execs were present such as the President of Intl. Markets. - Developed new Target Deployment process adjacent to Operations Managers, leading to time savings and a better user experience for Channel Sales Managers.- Extensive use of Excel and it various different functions to carry out everyday analysis on products/partners for Lenovo Executives and Account Managers.
