As staff support at ABM Aviation Gatwick, my role included shift rostering for staff amongst different departments who worked in partnership with ABM, including Check-In and Baggage Handling. This would also involve adding overtime hours to the system and collaborating with management of all departments to ensure they got the staffing numbers required.

In this role, I was employed by ABM, working in partnership Cignpost Expresstest Gatwick and British Airways. My duties included welcoming and directing customers to the correct area when they arrive, signing them in and ensuring they received the correct test and performing COVID-19 PCR and Lateral Flow Tests. I would also assist our clinicians onsite with monitoring and recording the results and ensure they were sent to customers in time.
