Harry James founded Synergi Integrations in January 2013 to leverage his experiences over the last twenty five years. Synergi has created a desktop integration solution that leverages existing corporate deployed solutions with web based information from their own internal development teams or from vendors that deploy their content via the web. Synergi provides a Microsoft Outlook add-in called Synergi, patent pending, along with consulting services. Synergi Integrations, also provides a marketplace where vendors can create their own packaged content offerings through the Synergi Cloud. Our goal is to help customers get information to where they need it for their users and business processes.While providing integration solutions to many large and small firms across the country, it became apparent that every client is consistently trying to find a solution that can provide information from disparate vendor systems and then integrate it into a more productive workflow for their users.Synergi Integrations solves this. • Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing I&A. Honored to be Product Manager and team member that migrated 70,000 users off of one of the most loved desktop market data applications in history. We began our migration in June 2008 and completed it October 31 2010. We believe it’s the largest client migration successfully accomplished in the financial services industry. • Responsible for design and management of all conversion utilities for converting Reuters Plus monitors, alerts and excel formulas to Thomson one Wealth desktop solution.• Responsible for the migration of all Client internal application solutions using the Reuters Plus API to the Thomson One desktop API solution. • Designed and managed the creation of the Reuters Plus API Translator. The translator would allow our customers to continue to use their existing Reuters Plus API to call for market data, and the translator would capture those calls and translate them to our Thomson One Wealth API.

• Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing of I&A. Responsible for creating proof of concept solutions for Reuters Plus Wealth Management sales teams and sales specialist. Designed and built integrated solutions quickly that were easily accessible for sales demonstrations. These solutions were designed around client content needs that integrate internal and external content into user workflows. Trained sales teams to utilize proof of concept infrastructure and train on solutions.• Built proof of concept environment implement demo infrastructure and workflows. Created demos for many different sales driven integration solutions. • Built MS Office Financial Advisor as a proof of concept to leverage workflows driven from our Wealth Management sales force and sales specialist. Built and maintained needed infrastructure for the proof of concept.• Developed an Office Financial Advisor enterprise management server and console as a proof of concept. This server managed MS Office and Exchange forms, services and layouts for an enterprise wide role based deployment of Reuter’s application components and web services. Integrated components and services from a wide array of Reuters Products such as Reuters Plus, Reuters Station, 3000 XTRA and other web services driven by other Reuters products API’s RKWM and RKD. • This integration also included in external software partner vendors such as SciVantage, ADP/Broadridge, Siebel Systems, MS Dynamics and others.• Reuters Plus/Plus Web & Reuters Investor Product Manger supporting sales and Integration.

• Responsible for the design, deployment and management of all intranet and internet infrastructure throughout our New Orleans corporate offices and satellite offices.• Implemented one of the first multi-headed trading workstations in the industry utilizing new graphics card technologies. These workstations were designed using Microsoft Windows 3.11 for workgroups deploying vendor provided solutions such as NASDAQ workstation, Shark, Advantage AE, Autex, Instinet and Oasis. • Reduced hardware and software cost by utilizing custom built workstation solutions which I designed for our data center style infrastructure. This allowed us to handle consistent failover and redundancy.• Drove improvement in user satisfaction in all departments by providing continuous improvements to user workflows. I was able to do this by gaining an in depth understanding their relationship to our business process drivers.• Developed and implemented an emergency disaster plan to provide fail over solutions. It incorporated all data, telecommunications, and hardware and software deployment to our fail over site; with zero downtime. This plan provided our OTC Trading, Institutional brokers, research analyst and bankers the ability to conduct business as usual during an emergency. • Responsible for the architectural design and implementation of a new OTC trading floor in new office facilities. The trading floor incorporated both the OTC trading desk and our institutional brokers by having the brokers surround the trading desk. This provided a clear eye to eye visibility for the brokers to interact with their traders. • Created internship for software developers to provide real software solutions to the financial services industry.
