Reporting to Head of Operations, responsibilities included directing the operational management of three centres and four satellite offices including MIS system to ensure performance targets were met, acting as strategic liaison with the Learning and Skills Council as well as existing clients. Managed three centre managers, seven team leaders and 40+ employees. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________Major Achievements: ★ Over-performed 15% on the £5m+ Learning and Skill Council (LSC) contract by setting profiles and KPIs, managing teams, and ensuring that appropriate resources and training were on hand to meet monthly targets★ Introduced the new LSC funded Modern Apprenticeship contract worth £600k per annum for over 600 Business Administration learners throughout the UK and Germany★ Significantly enhanced learner & assessor interactivity, accelerated information transfer, improved learner success rates, and increased learner and employer engagement by implementing a company-wide computerised assessment tool in a £750k project★ Delivered MIS to a wider level of management with better performance, statistics, and management data by planning the rollout, training managers, and working with third parties to meet all software and online networking needs★ Project managed operational aspects of new business openings for business admin learners
