Harry Henssen (1956) is an organization coach / consultant with a broad international, multi cultural business experience. He understands the "hard" issues that organizations deal with, but gives focus to the development of the cultural "soft" skills of an organization to match "the way of doing things" with the defined strategic goals. Moreover, Harry considers the match between development of the core competences of an organization and the development of people in line with their natural behavior as fundamental for success.Harry knows how to bring a clear vision, balance, harmony into organizations, but also a healthy tension and humor, while not losing the ultimate goal out of sight. Harry Henssen has extensive international and multicultural work experience in the field of marketing (both B2C and B2B) and business management at Philips, Volvo Cars Corporation and DSM. He has specific experience and affinity with the automotive industry and the industry of high-performance plastics. Harry gave leadership to several businesses with a turnover responsibility of up to a few hundred million Euros per annum. Except in the Netherlands, he also worked in Sweden and Japan for several years.His experience with various corporate cultures and chasing this passion lead to establishing his own business where he advises, trains and coaches organizations and their staff on their development.Harry studied mechanical engineering at the HTS in Heerlen and business administration at Nyenrode. During his career he took various studies and courses in the field of marketing, business administration and systemic thinking at organizations such as IMD in Lausanne, Babson College in Massachusetts and the Catholic University of Leuven.
