I am an enthusiastic 2nd year student at NTU studying a degree in Sports and Exercise Science. The modules I am covering include; Observational Analysis, Sport Physiology, Sport Psychology, Analysis of Human Movement (biomechanics), Research Design and Analysis and Exercise and Health Physiology as well as nutrition in my first year. My key interest is performance analysis particularly in football. I am a goalkeeper in 11v11, Futsal and 6-aside teams, as well as a qualified level 7 referee. I have also achieved young volunteer of the year for the Oxfordshire FA in 2017/18 for refereeing and coaching. I was an active member of the Oxfordshire FA Youth Leadership team, which I shared new ideas and we created campaigns for the Oxfordshire county to engage and participate teams.Previously, I have completed work experience with Oxford United FC where I worked and supported football programmes with local Oxfordshire Schools and with the Elite Development Squads with OUFC in the Community. I was a player with the OUFC Elite Development Programme from age 9 until 16 years.I have a long-term ambition to work within a Premier League Club as a performance analyst. Therefore, I would like to develop my knowledge and expand my network to enable myself to connect with people in a sporting professional environment and with people who could offer an opportunity for an industrial placement within Sports Science.
