Key responsibilities include:- Working with the Development and Editorial Teams to produce weekly update news posts through various applications (Confluence, Jira, DreamWeaver, Photoshop).- Liaising with a wide range of employees and teams throughout Jagex to include sections in the weekly news posts, managing and escalating any issues.- Assisting with the production of broadcast media including live streams and videos.- Supporting brand activity as part of the Publishing and Product groups.- A deep understanding and daily use of core internal Jagex programmes and technical environment.- Replying to and actioning daily KeyWords emails, including providing feedback to the various agents.- Producing summary reports and review of social media and relaying community sentiment and feedback to the broader team.- Assisting with the moderation of Jagex community platforms including forums and social media profiles.- Preparing reports for the Product Team, providing insight into the customer/player perspective.- Supporting Player Advocates (influencers, clan leaders, player moderators, etc.) in their day-to-day operations.- Assisting in the creation, development, and management of compelling in-game and real-world events, competitions, and strategies to connect players and communities.- Acting as a champion of the player, representing and communicating for the studio to the players, and the players to the studio.- General ability and enthusiasm to work as flexible support to the wider Community Team.

Key responsibilities included:- Acting as ‘the voice of the player.’- Answering, engaging, and resolving customer enquiries, providing professional and creative solutions.- Processing and managing all customer account recovery issues, concerns, and payment issues/disputes.- Processing and moderating customer behaviour, including actioning certain player accounts.- Assessing and supporting internet account security issues including 2FA, phishing, proxy use, and Doxing.- Operating and managing my workload within the team through ZenDesk ticket system and Jira.- Working with the team to identify, liaise and escalate player safeguarding and welfare issues, criminal intent & activity, and terrorism risks calling and liaising with global law enforcement agencies.
