CurrentStrategic Management: •Manage a team of Application Support Specialists, Database Analysts, and Quality Assurance Analysts that support 60+ financial, corporate, broadcast, and business intelligence applications.•Applications such as Dynamics Great Plains, Salesforce Sales Cloud, S4M, Esker, DocuSign, Dayforce, Jira, Power BI, SSIS Reports, Marigold Engage+, and IBMS.•Setting strategic goals and objectives for the teams and aligning their efforts with the overall business objectives.•Ensure reporting teams have the necessary resources, guidance, and training to support the applications used by the company effectively.•Worked on budgets, application renewals, MSA / NDA agreements with Legal, Vendor reviews and negotiations.•Collaborated with business units and users to utilize existing or new technologies to achieve strategic goals, enhance efficiency, improve workflows, reduce costs, and increase potential revenue.•Overseeing the entire lifecycle, including vision, strategy, definition, planning, delivery, and support, for delivering and maintaining new and existing features and capabilities in all applications under the business systems portfolio.Project Management:•Contribute to developing the technology roadmap by assessing the current application landscape, identifying areas of improvement, and working with stakeholders to define strategic initiatives and priorities.•Created a project intake process, that allows us to review and approve projects based on budget, resources, aligns with the organization's goals and objectives, timeline, and risk management.Administrative Management:•Monitored and enforced compliance with IT General Controls against mission-critical SOC1/SOX applications and productivity tools.•Point of contact for internal and external auditors.•Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to confidently address executive-level audiences.
