Provide system administration to insure the appropriate installation, support and maintenance of operating systems, and other related systems software (VMware, Citirx, Microsoft). Manage the up time and operations of primary computer systems.Support the day-to-day operations of the Aqua America network infrastructure. Work within the Aqua America Infrastructure support team to facilitate problem resolution and define technology standards. Provide system performance reports to management as required. Support the planning, coordination and implementation of upgrading and/or installation of various Business Applications. Monitoring daily backups of corporate servers.Support all aspect of E-mail including Antivirus, Anti Spam, and Blackberry Enterprise Server. Assist in server and workstation Antivirus implementation and support. Manage and Maintain Mobile devices using Citirx XenMobile.
