For two years from 2019 I worked part time as a supermarket assistant at Waitrose & Partners in Paddock Wood, Kent. For most of my time there, I was a key worker over the COVID-19 pandemic, taking on extra shifts to cover absences due to the virus. I then went on to work in between university terms for the duration of university.Working in such an environment gave me a great deal of confidence dealing with the public as well as interpersonal skills. Such responsibilities with my position were maintaining a high degree of customer service and ensuring the products remained stocked and well presented.
