With over 15 years of experience in applied chemistry, material sciences, and chemical engineering, I am passionate about finding sustainable solutions for the challenges faced by the various industries across the world. I have successfully built and managed the specialty chemicals business at Startups such as Scimplify and Zetwerk. I was part of the West Asia Leadership team at Omya and successfully built the specialty chemicals distribution business. For about a decade, I've had the good fortune of catalysing innovation and value creation at BASF in India across Functions and Value Chain. I have also completed the MITx Global Entrepreneurship Bootcamp and the Hive Global Leaders Program, where I learned and applied the principles of disciplined entrepreneurship, mindful and impactful leadership, and social physics. I have excellent communication, vision, and insight skills that enable me to lead cross-functional and innovation-driven projects.
