- Responsible for preparing global and regional KPI dashboard reports for top management on an ongoing basis.- Gathering a base analysis numbers from different panels and based on those numbers creating reports for ISBN (India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal). Than merging those base reports and creating a KPI dashboard report which will help to meet an audit target.- Executing detailed analysis on underperforming quality and productivity KPIs and supporting project leaders in taking corrective action.- Coordinating with field teams to ensure on-time completion of projects with pre-defined productivity and quality levels.- Handling and maintaining various online tracking modules.- Supporting internal functional teams in developing required templates and modules.- Carrying out specified data processing and statistical techniques.
