For over a decade, I have been managing Krishi Vikas Sahakari Samiti Ltd., a multi-state cooperative society that promotes sustainable and inclusive agriculture in rural India. Armed with an MBA in Agribusiness, I am deeply passionate about unlocking the immense potential of the undervalued agricultural sector.In my role as Director, I play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's strategic direction, overseeing project development, policy implementation, government liaison, and Agri Input sales. My expertise lies in ensuring operational efficiency, opportunity exploration, and compliance within my departments. One of my key competencies is government liaison, as I regularly interact and negotiate with various authorities and agencies to secure Sales, funding, support, and compliances for our projects and products.Additionally, I'm passionate about conducting market research and analysis to identify and assess the needs, opportunities, and challenges of the agricultural industry, especially on Post harvest marketing solutions, Bio agents and FPOs.Beyond my formal role, I am passionate about mentoring and supporting promising Agri startups, sharing my knowledge and experience to foster positive change and enhance management practices within the sector.
