• Providing client & trader support for full life-cycle of a trade : from onboarding clients to Clearing and settlement • Perform Intra day Risk Management - Margins and Positions monitoring • Performing daily MIS and reconciliations and reporting to business units in case of any discrepancies • Real time monitoring of client position & margins • Assisting front office and resolving client queries related to position/margin management • Trading & Clearing Member limits and margin utilization management at Exchange • Client trade reporting & booking, break resolution and tradeprocessing • Processing client payments, brokerages, exchange and other vendor payments • Regulatory Reporting to Exchanges and tracking changes and their impact on the system

-Responsible for end-to-end trade reconciliations, margin call management, processing monthly brokerage, P&L check and processing trade invoicing-Ensuring all trades processed through clearing banks are correct & reconciled against the trader’s book-Work with internal departments like Deals-Desk & Brokerage team to resolve any trade discrepancy-Co-ordinating with external counterparties to resolve discrepancies related to trade bookings & daily margin call reporting-Perform Derivative settlements & reconciliations-Inform the Treasury department of the daily movement of cash received or paid to the clearing houses-Collating requirement and drive testing to ensure successful deployment of the project.

-Managing the business operations of Trade Finance – Post Shipment-Monitoring of BL’s / LC’s & other documents related to commercial trade & ensure smooth processing of trade financing-Liaising with counterparties to verify the details of BL’s & commercial invoice raised-Assisting Credit Team in underwriting process of exporters & buyers along monitoring credit exposures of the clients-Managing the accounts payable & receivable to ensure timely payments are received-Regularly chasing for any shipping documents not received in a timely manner from our trading counterparts-Good understanding of the INCOTERMS to have a better understanding of the documents involved in trade financing
