Includes both online and in person events within the team and external to the team for students to learn about IgNITE.Responsibilities: -Reaching out to speakers, local restaurants and venues to appropriately organize event.-Collaborate with social media team/outreach to create and execute an effective marketing campaign for events.-Hosting events alongside branch director.-Involve other executive members in the event planning process.-Create a collaborative environment.

Responsible for McMaster's IgNITE instagram account and all other promotional material. Bring creativity and initiative to the team in order to promote IgNITE to their community. This position mostly consists of social media management as well as content creation using various softwares such as Canva, Adobe, and many more.Responsibilities: -Manage branch specific instagram account.-Create a posting schedule including plans for fun marketing campaigns to increase engagement and followers.-Consistently creating and posting content, captions (including hashtags), stories, and reels.-Answering and sending DM’s.-Cross promoting other IgNITE pages.-Mirror content that will be posted on the main IgNITE instagram account while adding uniqueness and originality that will draw your school specific audience.-Encouraging the branch team to reshare content, comment and like all posts.

Promotion of MedGames on social media, and also representing MedGames for McMaster University. Using sales tactics and marketing to get customers/people to buy our services.

Customer service as well as typical cashier duties. Take orders and manage the cash register, make payments and give change. Also prepare certain foods and clean store.Duties:-POS System.-Answer phone calls.-Work with Uber/Skip.-Prep/Support.

Marketing and sales in store for Canadian Tire's Mastercard, as well as Credit Protector Complete and Credit Protector Life and Disability options. Use product knowledge and sales pitch to engage with customers and convince them to buy products, while using various marketing and sales techniques. Additionally, use store knowledge to help customers when needed.Duties:-Approach and engage customers on the features and benefits of our client’s (Canadian Tire) Mastercard credit card and gas advantage card. -Provide direct sales for our client’s product with expectational customer service ensuring they have a great experience overall. -Actively participate in a supportive team environment and learn through peers and leadership. -Find creative approaches to engage customers and share the benefits of the product. -Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel.
