In various design projects in all aspects of engineering and design practices from part studies, analysis and development of conceptual design to the implementation and carrying out detail design considering manufacturing feasibility as well. • Worked for projects of Leading Oil and gas company for Down-hole tool development & Oilfield equipment. Design of various surface equipment starting from establishing the specification of requirement, concept generation, Manufacturing model preparation and manufacturing drawing generation, Documentation activity. • Adept in conceiving and modeling products, both in virtual and physical form. Conceptual modeling in 3-D and generate engineering data in the form of manufacturing models and drawings.• Developing 3D models, assemblies and parametric drawings as per client’s standard, specification and requirement using CAD software.• Associated functions such as calculations, GD&T, project scheduling, estimation etc. have been carried out.• Currently working in team on the Project, Design and engineering support for “FOUP and POD Cleaner Machines”.• Checking assembly feasibility and providing various options to overcome hurdles.• Detailed presentation to customer for the concepts developed.• Documentation & updating of required QMS documents & Audit related to concerned project.• Check on final quality and deliverable• Exposure to PLM tool such as Agile, CWI.• Interaction with various internal departments, onsite Engineer and Customer for understanding project work requirements & communication during execution phases.• Hands on experience in Autodesk Inventor, Solid Works, Pro-E, AutoCAD, Agile, CWI.• Exceptional problem solving and sound decision making capabilities.• Experience in client communication/meetings and progress/status reporting.
