Implementation of technical and product engineering specifications for electrical harnesses• Conduct analysis of highly complex 2-D / 3-D design and effective solutions• Creating and modifying Bill of Materials(BOM), Engineering Change Note(ECN), Design Change Note(DCN) and Modification Implementation Notice(MIN)• Create and update specifications and design requirements for new products• Creating and managing the database of components to be used in harnesses• Working with suppliers, plant and other engineering centers to implement cost reduction ideas, product enhancements and manufacturing processes• DFMEA, PFMEA, PFD, APQP and Control Plan preparation follow up and review with the CFT members• Analysis of customer observations/concerns and suggesting corrective and preventive action
