This role meant working with a team of analysts and preparing routine reports, understanding user requirements, and creating data analysis solutions that deliver insights which in return would help the management make better business decisions. Harsh was also presented with an opportunity to interact and present to line managers over various tasks. Some of his BAU activities included (but were not limited to) Data mining, Process mapping, Data-Driven Performance Review (DDPR), Cost Analysis, Ad-hoc report requests for the Airside Operations.

Some of the responsibilities Harsh was assigned with included data analysis for Internal process audit, ISAE 3402, ISO 22301, and ISO 27001, embedding business continuity controls by testing the effectiveness of the Business Continuity Plan, developing Risk Impact Matrix to manage risks across verticals by maintaining a Risk Register per the above standards. He was introduced to the risk management framework in the financial sector where controls were applied to mitigate or treat the risks to keep them under a tolerable threshold.

Harsh was part of the Quality department where he oversaw the Calibration process under a Quality Engineer. Other tasks included revamping the calibration process, development of a new Non-Conformance Report (NCR) Tracking database, revamping an electronic ACE board to display the various functions across the Quality Department.
