Reporting to Assistant Vice President Project Management, while working in Power plant division, following were my responsibilities:1. Deliver 225 MW Gas based power plant ( Electrical Balance of Plant) within considered budget and committed timelines.3. Development and implementation of Project Management Plans including L2 network4. Develop and deliver assigned project documentation and estimate. 5. Finalization of scope, commercial terms & conditions with suppliers and contractors in compliance to organizational policies & guidelines. 6. Resource planning and reallocating resources dynamically as per project requirements.7. Monthly progress reports submissions, customer review meetings, and customer inspections. 8. Customer billing and payment collections9. Coordination with internal factories and suppliers on project basis.10. Material and payment reconciliation.11. Project Logistics including High sea sales agreements, custom clearance with CHA and Inland transportation from port / factory to site.12. Insurance claim lodging, documentation and settlement support.Achievements:• Successful logistics management including port custom clearance, Inland Transportation and return of empty containers for 650 odd containers in 43 days against estimated 80 days.• Completion of 220KV switchyard in 8 months.• Successfully handled $1.0 Million insurance claims independently• Successfully settled extra claim of $0.5 million with customer.

It is also a leading manufacturer of consumer electrical appliances such as Fans, Lamps, pumps etc. Acquisition of Pauwels Group in May 2005 positioned Crompton Greaves amongst the world's top ten electrical transformer manufacturers. CG subsequently acquired companies outside India. These include Ganz (Hungary) for Gas Insulated Switchgear. Reporting to Business Unit Head, I successfully executed following 2 projects of 400/220/33kV AIS having 3 Greenfield and 2 Brownfield Sites including civil construction.
