Started out as a core software developer. .NET, Java, SQL being a forte. Moved on to the functional aspects of an ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) software product. Business Analytics being the initial phase of an ERP implementation cycle gradually moving into the mapping of various modules like Production, Finance, Inventory, MRP( Material Requirement Planning), MRP II(Manufacturing Resource Planning), Maintenance and Payroll. Experience in the functional aspect helped in venturing into the marketing and sales side as Business Development Manager. Stream lining the cold calling to Go-Live of various accounts helped to create a system in the organizations reducing communication gap across departments, Introduction of Microsoft Project in ongoing projects helped in reduction of operations cost by 20%. A stochastic to deterministic approach helped the ERP implementation rate to go up-to 92% over a period of 2 years. This holistic approach was adopted as a Business Manager.As a part of the Software Architecture team had a vital role in developing and integrating Cost Accounting into the current ERP product. Work Breadown Structure(WBS) being the base and followed by the network structure. Developing a Business Intelligence tool using SSRS(SQL Server Reporting Services) was achieved in 14 months.Integration of a third party Advanced Produciton Scheduler.As a part of the international business development activity we setup office Dubai, to target the GCC countries and east Africa. Ongoing projects include :- Business Process Management System (BPMS)- Mobile App Development for the ERP product- Customer Relationship Management module
