Commenced import of our most expensive raw material, face veneer, from Gabon, Africa in our efforts to vertically integrate our value chain and increase profit margins.Reached full production capacity by 3rd month and turned cash flow positive within 4 months. Improved overall net margins by 2% by Jan 2020.

Reinvented the brand image by launching its existing products under a new name, Avron Ply positioning it as a premium plywood brand.Recruited and developed a senior business development team across India to establish a new sales channel by targeting Architects & Carpenters, the key decision makers of the industry. Remodelled our distribution strategy, from retail shops to only wholesale distribution to free up capital for investment towards production expansion.Established Avron Ply as a quality player in the second tier segment of our target market. This doubled company's total sales in three years while increasing our net product margins by atleast 3% despite demonetisation.

SafetyKart.com is India's first and only m-commerce platform that brings high end safety products to the Indian consumer. Identified 'Safety & Security products' as an unexplored category that could be commercially viable in the Indian market and decided to launch SafetyKart. Built a strong technical and marketing team to build the e-commerce portal and drive exponential growth in traffic. Taught myself basic programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JS, Python & C to facilitate the same.On facing plateauing sales due to Amazon.com entering the safety category, spearheaded a shift towards developing a new product called PeeSafe Toilet Seat Sanitizer Spray. This was an innovative approach towards women's safety, focusing on their personal safety while using public toilets. This product was massively successful, which helped us secure external funding in 2016.

Iora Energy was a 360 degree service provider of Rooftop Solar Energy Systems for end consumers. Designed and helped in installation of Solar Energy Rooftop Systems for individual homes.+Tried to replicate the business model of SolarCity in the Indian market, we built our first demo system at Delhi College of Engineering.+Came to terms with crucial issues such as India lacking the basic grid infrastructure to support distributed rooftop installation. Had to put the project on hold due to structural limitations and our limited technical expertise.

To tackle a lack of quality sports platform in colleges to compete on, aided a friend in creating Youth Soccer League Organisation. It was a non profit trust organising football tournaments between colleges, schools running in three cities in its second year.
