Currently working as Technical Lead- Engineering Research and Development Centre at Tata Motors, Pimpri. Primary focus on increasing circularity in business and defining baseline emissions for various vehicles in the Passenger Vehicle Business Unit.Prior to this worked as Senior Engineer- Eco Design at Grupo Antolin India to make more ecologically sustainable car interiors at Grupo Antolin. Worked on GaBi software for analytical design analysis in co-ordination with design & technical team.Before this Worked as Assistant Manager-EHS with Embassy Services Pvt. Ltd. at Embassy TechZone Pune and managing three IT parks in Embassy REIT portfolio from EHS perspective. Worked with all the onsite staff for Regulatory and ISO Compliance for maintaining a healthy and safe work environment and made the business more sustainable for achieving Sustainability goals set forth by the organization. Supported Embassy Pune IT parks to attain the prestigious BSC Five Star Certification and Covid Assurance Certifications. As part of Embassy Services Pvt. Ltd. I also supported Nucleus Office Parks's two parks in Mumbai to attain BSC Five Star Certificate.I'm a certified Internal Auditor (IA) for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018. I'm also a CQI & IRCA certified Lead Auditor for ISO 45001:2018, ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015.
