- Performing an in-depth analysis of time series data for different air quality parameters to uncover meaningful insights and identify correlations between them.- Conducted extensive data analysis to facilitate Multivariate Multistep Time Series Forecasting of PM2.5. Employed various models, including ARIMA, SARIMAX, VARMAX, and Stacked LSTM, achieving a remarkable 12-hour future prediction model with an impressive RMSE of 44.573.- Developed and implemented Text Classification models capable of categorizing complaints in different languages, including code-mixed texts, into distinct labels using Machine Learning techniques. Achieved a commendable accuracy of 77% with the application of LR.- Leveraged Named Entity Recognition coupled with Pattern Matching to successfully identify location-related data within complaint texts. This information was then used to generate coordinates for the complaint addresses, enabling accurate mapping and visualization on a map.
