Ltd. a family-owned company and has experience of facilitating implementation of growth initiatives like Lean Manufacturing concepts like 5S, Kaizen etc. and devising policies that provide the human resources a challenging, fair and fulfilling work environment. Contributing to maximize return from the in-house talent pool, attract appropriate talent & build leadership within. Had opportunity to work in A.T.E. Group and got exposed to working culture of German, Dutch, US & Swedish companies that were Joint Venture Companies in the group. In my professional career since 1991, got opportunity to work on variety of assignments like - formulating & implementing HR policies, performance management system, conducting trainings, conflict management, counselling, plant & colony administration, union wage negotiations, VRS, retrenchment, lay-off, IMS coordinator, govt. liasioning etc. Am still learning to enhance & cultivate my skills of: leadership, having empathy, being a good listener, ability to dealing with different "personalities" at all levels, improving communication skills, being a good orator, learning to be calm & composed, being of helping nature, learning to improve planning skills, having systems approach, being polite yet straightforward & firm.......... I am practicing meditation since 1998, striving to keep a healthy, positive mind and body - love to maintain, - life & work balance........learning the "Art of Leaving"!!
