InspirOn Engineering, set-up in the year 1973, is the world’s largest manufacturer of high performance aluminium Flyers having manufactured & sold over 5 million of these critical textile components globally. InspirOn Flyer has lions share in European OEMs, select Chinese OEMs, a wide presence in Indian and Southeast Asian end-users. Manufacturing of Motex Stenter was started in J.V. with A.Monforts GmbH & Co., Germany in 1996. Twenty years later, R&D team comprising of highly talented professionals / engineers have developed in-house, the energy efficient “Motex 15000 / SprintOn” Stenter machine to the extent of +15% (without increase in consumption of electrical energy) with reference to the earlier model of Motex 4560. This invention - Uniflo Nozzle System for efficient and even drying of fabrics is patented. Current population of Motex Stenter is +270 across the country. Motex Stenter has wide presence in corporate mills, process houses & a few export installations/ overseas including African countries and the USA. The Stenter can handle a wide variety of fabric from cotton, polyester, flock, wool, viscose, nylon etc. in woven knitted and pile forms. The current model assures optimum utilization of heat energy & high productivity, low downtime and minimum maintenance. This has made Motex Stenter the preferred choice in terms of cost-effectiveness amongst the quality conscious export oriented textile processors. Equipped with high tech Stenter chain system resulting into higher speed of operation, extra stretch with low energy consumption as well as low maintenance and free from oil staining. In-house facilities include component design together with Knowledge Process Outsourcing with 50 seats, tool design, metal flow simulation, die casting foundry, CNC machines & dedicated assembly lines for supplying precision aluminium die casting parts to mid-sized engineering companies of Europe.
