As a Product Designer at Peoplebox, I work with a team of engineers and product managers to create user-centric solutions for employee engagement and performance management. I have helped in building the talent management product from 0 to 1. Being from a computer science background, helps me understand constraints and design better.One of my recent achievements was designing and launching a new feature that allows managers to customize and automate feedback cycles for their teams, based on their goals and preferences. I contributed to the redesign of the write review experience, making it more user-friendly and informative, and improving the overall user experience and satisfaction. This contributed in increasing the overall product nps from 3.38 to 4.56.I graduated with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning) from Sharda University in 2022. During my studies, I developed a keen interest in human behavioral biology and how it influences design decisions and outcomes. I also participated in various design competitions and hackathons, where I honed my skills and learned from other designers and mentors.
