With a rich background in education and counseling, I am passionate about helping individuals reach their potential. Currently, I serve as an Employment Counselor at Windsor Women Working With Immigrant Women, where I guide clients through job searches, resume development, and interview preparation. Since July 2023, I've also been a Youth Worker, providing mentorship and support to young individuals as they pursue personal and academic goals.My previous experience as a teacher in Punjab, India, equipped me with strong organizational skills, cultural awareness, and a deep understanding of diverse learning needs. These roles have strengthened my communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills, enabling me to offer personalized support in every position I hold.
