Strategize, lead, and manage fundraising campaigns and stewardship activities involving individuals, corporate, and foundation donor constituents. Coach and train board, internal staff, and volunteers. Create and produce fund development and marketing communication including Annual reports, donor acknowledgements, gift appeals, newsletters. Develop systems, tools, and policies for streamlining and improving organizational processes to manage workflow, budget planning, donor pipelines, and knowledge sharing across teams. Research, recommend and execute redesign of websites, graduation to new donor management systems (CRM) namely NEON and Little Green Light.

Develop and execute fundraising activities including solicitation and stewardship supporting annual fundraising and capital campaign goals. Lead design and production of school-wide newsletters and Annual Report.

Cross collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in designing, launching, and executing $10M endowment campaign including strategic planning, prospect development, donor cultivation, gift solicitations and stewardship. Lead design and content creation of campaign marketing materials. Data analysis and reporting on campaign progress.

Researched, analyzed, and synthesized high level biographical and financial information to identify and evaluate the giving propensity of major donors. Collaborated with Development Officers, Assistant Deans, and the Assistant VP regarding solicitation strategies for donor engagement. Monitored moves management in Raiser’s Edge.

Identified and profiled major gift donors’ efforts using creative research techniques, electronic searching methodologies and in-house databases including Raisers Edge. Hired, trained, and supervised work study research assistants.
