NIIT is an EdTech company providing a range of learning products targeted towards both consumer and enterprise markets. I led the growth team for a self-serve product and was directly responsible for pipeline and revenue goals. I was also deeply involved as a fractional product manager in the design of two new HCM products and oversaw customer research and.

During the initial parts of this stint I led the GTM and launch for our flagship consumer learning product in Canada and before taking over the growth side of things. I built and scaled the growth team that was responsible for new accounts, paid customers, CAC, LTV, usage and overall revenue goals.

Singapore

As part of this team management role I co-owned the global enterprise marketing strategy, working closely with the head of marketing. I lead our demand generation generation team that carried MQL targets.

This role took me into the deep end of digital marketing. I crafted a new ABM focussed digital marketing strategy for our overall business which was designed to realign NIIT's digital footprint with the modern customer journey. I was also the product owner for the new NIIT website, overseeing a massive revamp.

As part of my first role with NIIT I helped drive content marketing strategy across platforms overseeing creation of assets like blogs, white-papers, case studies, presentations, sell sheets and brochures. I also helped streamline our lead management process by leading the implementation of a new marketing automation system and CRM.

AAyuja specialised in working with early to mid stage SaaS startups, providing them with fractional sales and marketing services. During my time here I worked closely with founders and business heads of early-stage technology/ SaaS startups on go-to-market (GTM), revenue generation, and monetisation. I also helped clients setup holistic inbound marketing.

Videocon is an asian conglomerate with core business operations across consumer electronics and home appliances. I was part of the corporate strategy team that supported the CEO and the board. I worked on a few big digital transformation and new business incubation projects during my time here. One of these involved setting up and optimising e-commerce.
