- Gathering client requirements and breaking them down in the form of user stories and defining acceptance criteria.- Making WBS and with behavioral UML diagrams- Defining project roadmap and delivery plans.- Managing clients expectations on project development and taking care of payment milestones.- Working with cross functional team to manage interdependencies.- Making sprint plans, conducting daily scrum meetings and do retrospective after every sprint.- Providing solutions to product team to handle dynamic application to build a super app which consists On demand, Taxi and shuttle module.- Building relations with clients of varied ethnicity from around the world.
