Roles and Responsibilities :-• Managing Clarity PPM (Broadcom Comprehensive Projectand Portfolio Management product).• Involved in requirement gathering phase to check whetherthe upcoming feature is feasible or not.• Development of Portlets and Processes using Gel scriptand MS SQL queries as per users’ requirements.• Handling whole Clarity PPM software from Support toDevelopment and Testing.• Doing Testing of new feature on DEV and QA servers oncedevelopment is completed and moving that to PROD.• Resolving Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Tickets regardingClarity PPM within Defined SLA.• Keeps an eye on optimal performance of the product onregular basis.
