During my HR internship at Dainik Bhaskar, I gained valuable hands-on experience across various HR functions. I supported the recruitment process by reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and helping onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. I also assisted with employee engagement initiatives, organizing activities to boost morale and facilitate communication between staff and management. Additionally, I helped manage HR documentation, including maintaining employee records, processing leave requests, and supporting benefits administration. I played a role in the performance review process by organizing feedback sessions and tracking employee progress. My work also included managing employee data and generating reports to ensure accuracy for payroll and compliance purposes. This internship allowed me to apply my academic knowledge in a real-world setting, develop new skills in communication and organization, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment at one of India’s leading media companies.
