Hi, I'm Harshit, Program Manager at AccioJob.The 1st thought most people have while joining a startup is to work on different projects and gather new skills at every stage, and that's why I joined AccioJob.I started my journey by handling a batch of more than 100 students and being part of a small team, I started picking up different mini-projects to make the process better, like stakeholders' payment process, students' technical evaluation process, and more.And then a big project as a Module Manager in the Curriculum team, wherein I worked on building the module from scratch into an effective module for the students.(This project includes way more than what is briefed in one line)Now, working with the Placement team to maximize the placement rate by adding needful concepts and improvising the current processes.The story before AccioJob:Earlier I was working with MentorBoxx as Community Manager, wherein performed activities related to Marketing and team management.Had worked for 'Longest online HR Training Session marathon', now a "World Record" as a Content Head.And hitting back to college,- Had trained a few students and working professionals in LinkedIn optimization.- Performed as a business leader in the Direct selling industry.Wanna know in depth?I have a lot to tell,Let's connect and learn from each other.
