I am assigned at the post of US Tax Associate Intern. My domain is AWM Partnership where I have to file K-1 and make Workpapers, 1065, 568 forms for tax return.

I was assigned as the designation of "Equity Resarch Associate " by my mentor. Initially for the first 20 days I was under the training programme of "Equity Research" provided by insake academy. Their after I was being assigned a live project of 20 companies were I had to find the financials of the company from the balance sheet; also I had to check their P/E ratio, valuation of stock, sales factor, companies comparison with its peer and industry analysis, also to work on SWOT for the company. At last, I would have to make a final comment on the companies overall anlaysis by mentioning whether the company is good for investment factor or the investor should drawback or have a stay at the particular stock of that company.

I worked as an HR Trainee. I had cordinated the placement drive for the colleges during me tenure, where I had connected with the TPO's of many colleges. Also, I had conducted interviews and also took the phonic round interviews of the candidates.
