Current• Screening the resume and shortlisting candidates according to skill set. • Talking to candidates in US and scheduling their interview rounds. • Sourcing candidates from the databases and social media. • Coordinating for any offers and helping in the documentation process. • Updating the ATS on daily basis regarding the day-to-day activities. • Coordinating with the Account Managers and the Sales Leads. • Identifying future hiring needs and designing Job Description as per client requirement. • Working on different Job boards and creating strings according to the job description. • Providing an end-to-end staffing and recruitment solution and updating the feedback. • Work with headhunters, staffing agencies to identify new talent and working on strategic global hiring programs. • Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US keeping abreast of the industry trends.
