The thesis was based on hybrid fibre reinforced plastics with an overall goal to develop amaterial that can exhibit good mechanical strength alongside environmental benefits which areassociated with natural fibres and during the thesis, I have explored the environmental benefitsof different natural fibre and effect on their mechanical properties after hybridization withpolymeric fibre, so that the proposed hybrid fibre composite can have environmental benefitswhich are missing in synthetic fibres and mechanical properties in comparison with syntheticfibre reinforced composite.

The new design effectively reduces roller's maintenance cost and produced ‘I’ beam ofdifferent dimensions by changing a single component known as ‘Die”, which can be appliedon multiple angles and various structures. This module helped in saving infrastructure andarchitecture cost

the training was structured to allow the students of bachelors to get adapted to workplace and its environment. the plant layout consists of different mills that are used to produce a wide variety of steel products. during the training, I have been into:1. Sintering Plant in which I learned about the process of sintering and material selection according to the product requirements2. Rolling Mill in which different diameters of rollers were used on highly heated steel blocks to convert them into plates of required dimensions.3. Forge Shop in which I learned about CNC, laser welding and cutting
