Led the MLOps team to improve the prototype to production life-cycle of various projects. This involved building the ecosystem for training, testing and deploying fine-tuned LLMs, developing Kubeflow pipelines to improve annotation traceability and maturing the evaluation platform. I was responsible for sourcing and prioritising delivery team feature requests for the ML team.
