• Mentoring, coaching and supervising team members (new hires and existing) and conducting trainings on tax technicals, tools, methodology and compliance process. Also, grooming them to grow in their career. • Create, lead and manage the diverse engagement team with differing skills, delegation of work amongteam members and coordinating the workflow between US and India engagement teams.• Perform engagement analyses like budgeting, resource management, profitability reports, etc. • Work in close collaboration with US counterparts (Partners, Directors, Senior managers) by taking care of the engagement workflow, communicating regularly with clients for tax information, responding to client queries related to tax planning, tax payment requirements etc. • Active in the development of tax compliance tools for Individual and entities returns. • Serving as a team lead in India for the last several years for a group of 25+ professionals• Super-user of tax tools such as CCH Global Fx, GoSystems, CCH-Axcess and BNA Income Tax Planner platforms in order to prepare & review returns for individuals, trusts and entities (partnerships and S-corporations).
