Deputed by HCL technologies, Bangalore.Responsible for resolving sustainace issues for EPI, ALD and PEALDSustaining - find replacement parts for obsolete, EOL parts. Implement safety design changes.-Creating and working on engineering drawings per standards & applying GD&T concepts. - Interacting closely with cross functional teams/Client to understand and execute engineering changes during product release and managing changes of the products if any during manufacturing.- Coordinating design release. This also involves understanding BOM’s & product structuring.- Technical reviewing the engineering drawings/documents to match per the latest standards & make sure the Part is compatible for manufacturing prior to release.- Resolving the design issue through Engineering Change process-Creating a Operation Method Sheet (OMS) for critical assemblies.-Involving in New Product Implementation (NPI).-Responsibilities of creating the dimensional drawings, Main assembly drawing, Part drawings and the complete Bill of Materials.-Working with vendors in selection of right parts meeting the required criteria.
