Responsibilities: • Evaluating and understanding client requirements.• Sourcing and recruiting software professionals and non-IT professionals using Jobdiva, job boards, social media, and referrals to staff our client projects, our internal projects, and as a managed service.• Rate Negotiation, Professional Services Agreement, Right to Represent, and Pre-Interview Agreements. • Helping candidates in preparing and updating their resumes.• Coordinating interviews, preparing candidates for interviews, following up with account managers for feedback, and providing that feedback to candidates on an ongoing basis.• Coordinating with HR for background verification including referral checks and social media checks. • Following up with candidates until and after candidates starts on projects.• End to end recruitment life cycle.
