The combination of technical excellence, innovation, and global positioning means that ITTB can consistently deliver exceptional, cost-efficient service across APAC, Latin America and North America.What I do:- Work with Recruiting Leadership to help drive the delivery strategy plans for assigned accounts.- Work on multiple job requirements at the same time.- Source and recruit Technical and high-level IT candidates in a fast-paced environment.- Engage in first initial contact of candidates, educate candidates about the position and conduct skill-set prescreens to evaluate a candidate’s ability against open roles.- Work day to day to cultivate qualified candidates for assignment-based work.- Demonstrate or acquire through training the functional/technical knowledge to support assigned skills within assigned accounts/skill sets
