Preparing tender Reports, letter of intent (LOI) & letter of award (LOA)9. Effective documentation / correspondences for contract document.10. Preparing the contract documents and following further procedures.11. Recording and Evaluation all technical and commercial bids submitted from vendor12. Attending all team interviews for each package.Post Contract:-1. Explain the contract sequence to each awarded vendor2. Maintain Track of Bank Guarantees from each vendor.3. Review and maintaining track of Insurances from each vendor.4. Measuring & valuing the tended and variation items5. Finalize Non tender items with vendors.6. Preparing the cash flow statement.7. Certifying the final accounts.8. Material reconciliation9. Coordinating effectively with clients & contractors for all contract related issues.10. Preparing Monthly Financial Reports.11. Attending all commercial meetings as well variation meeting 12. Co-ordination with clients and Consultant 13. Final Account & Closure
