In the scope of my latest role, I rendered support for the multi-faceted aspects of the development and analysis of Future Care Infant Monitoring Precision instrument and successfully implanted it in National Health Service, Forth Valley. I lead the device operations while presenting project pitch decks to the Future Care, the University of Stirling, and NHS Forth Valley Management teams.Furthermore, I analyzed data structure and determined potential defects to troubleshoot operational inconsistencies and ethical issues such as internal and external data sharing. I also utilized an array of data modeling techniques including Decision Tree, K-Nearest Neighbor, and Neural Network to identify and prevent ailments in babies and identify efficient customized treatment.Moving on, I created Power BI dashboards with a focus on reducing the initial diagnosis time of an infant’s health together with assessing different systems, conducting gap, feasibility & risk analysis, and proposing various profitable options & new systems for the business to senior management. I managed the various obstacles and make smart decisions to identify and correct issues to ameliorate the efficiency, cost reduction of the projects. I supervised projects within critical deadlines and successfully handle the delivery, ensuring efficient coordination with the key stakeholders for the projects.
