My representative transactions include advising:1) Advent International on its acquisition of a controlling interest in Eureka Forbes Limited, a leading Indian health and safety solutions provider, at an enterprise value of ~US$ 580 million.2) The Carlyle Group in its US$ 490 million acquisition of a significant minority stake in Piramal Pharma, the pharmaceutical division of Piramal Enterprises Limited, one of India's leading diversified companies.3) Hexaware Technologies Limited on its successful voluntary delisting from stock exchanges by Baring Asia, at an exit price of US$ 574 million to public shareholders.4) Tata Digital in its acquisition of a controlling stake in 'Big Basket', India's largest e-grocery business, for ~US$ 1.2 billion.5) Warburg Pincus on its pre-IPO sale of over 10% shareholding in Computer Age Management Services Limited to multiple purchasers for ~US$ 100 million.
