Facilitate the Board of directors and top management in evaluating the KPIs Achievement of the Sales Offices,e. Facilitate cross function meetings, throughout each layer of the Sales Offices teamf. Provide recommendation for top management, managers, and team leaders in problem solving and decision making,g. Play a key role in aligning the corporate strategy with the strategies of its business units, support functions, and external partners, to internal team and the Sales Offices,h. Build intensive coordinating with Sales Office Head in planning and executing strategies and activities to increase volume sales, sales contribution, and profit of Sales Offices,i. Identify and analyze problems occured in the Sales Offices, and take part in problem solving,j. Take lead in planning and budgeting management,k. Take lead and build super team in executing the strategies of a business unit,l. Play a key role in building the concept of continuous improvement within company,m. Ensure the PDCA implementation of both internal team and Sales Offices,n. Maintain good relationship with Sole Agent Trademark Holder (ATPM), dealers, and management,o. Ensure the appropriate process of data collection, analysis, and reporting,p. Prepare progress evaluation reports, summary PDCA reports, and other necessary reports for top management,q. Take lead in the formulating, planning, and implementation of initiatives of CSR,r. Represent the company in playing a positive role in the community and ensure the positive impact of the corporate responsibility initiatives to the social, environment, and government.

RESPONSIBILITIES :a. Prepare monthly meeting with internal marketing staff in evaluating current sales discount packages and creating new packages based on the market trends,b. Publish the sales discount packages at the end of each month based on the meeting results,c. Process the sales discount claimed by dealers by verifying the documents in order to ensure the documents are claimed according to the claim administration procedures,d. Manage and run the archives storage procedure,e. Analyze and prepare daily and monthly reports,f. Conduct semesterly audit to all dealers to ensure the documents archived according to the claim administration procedures,g. Perform discount disbursement to all dealers based on the claim documents by collaborating with the Finance Department,h. Prepare a set of training or refreshment for dealers' staffs regarding of the claim administration procedures,i. Maintain good relationship with Sole Agent Trademark Holder (ATPM), dealers, and internal staff,j. Build communication and coordination in internal sales team in order to produce more effective sales discount packages for customers,k. Getting involved into promotion events.
